Fitness Managers Dawn Perres and Greg Grey, both with over a decade of experience in Corporate Wellness, are well-versed in working with individuals of varying fitness levels. Mark, our part-time trainer, specializes in boxing, yoga, and massage therapy. With their expertise, you can achieve your fitness goals with both confidence and efficiency.

RIP & RIDE
A unique combination of intense indoor cycling and strength training. A great change of pace to the traditional cycling workout. Double trouble!

STRICTLY STRENGTH
Move through the foundational human movement patterns in a way that challenges your entire body. Expect to leave class feeling stronger and moving better than you did before.

HATHA YOGA
In this class poses are held for about 5-10 breaths while bringing mindfulness into the body and finding openness through static stretches. Hatha Yoga focuses on alignment and controlled breathing while calming the mind, body, and spirit.
